Dear Parents

Satellites of Macclesfield Swimming Club relies heavily on a small team of volunteers in order to run effectively. We are always looking for parents/extended family members who are willing to fill important roles on the committee as well as helping out in other ways when needed.

On Thursday 28th January at 7.30pm we will be holding our Annual General Meeting via Zoom. All current committee members will be standing down from their roles and election of new committee members/re-election of existing members will take place during the course of the meeting. Positions and roles of the committee are all described on the website (look under Resources-Satellite Committee role descriptors).

If you would like to stand for election for any of these positions email the completed nomination form (see below) to secretary@swimsatellite.co.uk by January 20th 2021.

Please do email committee@swimsatellite.co.uk to ask about the details of any of these roles or if you need anything clarifying.

Whether or not you choose to stand for any positions, please join us for the AGM on Thursday 28th January at 7.30pm. Due to current restrictions we will be holding the meeting via Zoom, the details of which will be emailed to you prior to the meeting.
