We are very proud to announce that we are hosting a one of a kind swimming competition on the 21st September 2019. The competition will allow swimmers to race some of the best swimmers that this country has to offer.

The way the gala will work…

• There are 4 events in total over the afternoon. These are just the 50m events on each stroke.
• The heats are mixed and there will be a final for each age group and gender.
• Age groups are 9/10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16/Over.
• Age is on the 21/09/19
• The top 7 swimmers will progress to the final and we be racing our star swimmers…
• There will be prizes for event winners in each age, pending confirmation.
• The youngest swimmers will get a handicap (head start) on the star athletes. This head start will reduce down to nil for the open swimmers.
• Swimmers will have an opportunity to meet the stars when they are on the poolside.
• Swimmers must be at the North Midlands standard, minimum.
